Hopalong Cassidy Bike Emblem? OR ???

This was found a few days ago.
Approx 2" diameter
Seen a show with a similar emblem lastnight,it was on a Hopalong Cassidy bicycle looked somewhat similar...
Any and all ideas appreciated,even the humorous kind

First time I watched Pawn Stars, I thought to myself that Rick the Restorer needed his own show. Glad to see he got it. I don't think it's from a Hopalong bike though....still a neat find.

I enjoyed the show,especially the bees although I am deathly allergic to them and they scare the heck outta me

The item sure looks similiar,was sure it wasnt a match,Am guessing around the same time period though,and thought the title would pull in a couple old timers that might recognize it
