Hooper's CACHOU tin? and KUNSTADTER Cuff Link?

Hello,

Need assistance on what this tin is and its age. It says: Hooper's CACHOU Aromatise London Bridge. It looks like some kind of case.

Next is a cuff link with the maker KUNSTADTER. Any idea on its age? It almost looks like the oval part is gold, but is probably ultimately gold plated. Would it be possible just the oval part is gold? The circular piece next to it in the big image was found in the same hole.

Thanks in advance for your help! These were found in an area with coins mostly ranging from the early 1900s to today.

Nice variety of finds :icon_thumleft:
Great ID BCH :icon_thumright:
I recall another post about the Cachous, quite some time ago.
I spent a bit of time looking for an example pic of the cufflink by Kunstadter, but seemed to be stymied at every move.

This quote from a Google sale advert. is the best I can do (without delving deeper)
2 Dec 2009 ... On offer is this distinctive pair of Art Deco or similar early vintage gilt or gold plated cufflinks, by Kunstadter. ...

This must be his competitor...

" A pressed brass pill container which dispensed Cachoux designed to sweeten the breath of what must have often been foul smelling Victorian dental caries ridden mouths. On one side it reads "H.R.H. Prince Albert's Cachou Aromatise Prepared by Thomas Jackson". On the other "Sweeten the breath freshen the mouth. Albert Gate 1869" and within a crown topped crest "Prince Albert's Cachoux. Thomas Jackson inventor and original proprietor". In superb condition for it 140 years with no dings or scratches and the original sliding catch which would dispense the Cachoux. 42 x 42 mm in diameter."- quoted from http://www.phisick.com/a6appcachou.htm

Here is an advertisement from the Kansas City Star in 1905 on Kunstadter collar buttons -
