Hook up with Whydah the last 2 days
for some cold water beach hunting
I wear my cold water wet suit
Whydah waders
We met on forum about 2 months ago
been trying to find to hunt together - finally happened the last 2 days
He has got some silver coins and a few pieces of silver jewelry
I got a few silvr coins on my own - but he took me to one of his haunts
today and pulled out 2 old gold
they may both be rubys
one on right is marked 22 k and has a bunch of English hallmarks
between us we have 70+ yrs of detecing under our belts
he started in 1972
I started in 1975
He is a great guy and a great hunt partner

nice finds but that water would be too cold no matter what!! good hunt.
 

Great Hunt :icon_thumleft: The water was like 77 degrees here today and I was cold. Way to tough it out....
 

water was around 55 degrees F
