Notables; several penny's, 1974,1973, 1962 which were under several inches of lake muck and the super rare pull tabs lol. The second pic is my depth finder showing temp and current depth of lake (40 feet) at one point heading back to boat launch.

Appreciate the response Mr, Digger RJ and lately, my posts seem to have common theme but every dive is very unique ....
 

find fresh water spots that had rafts or dive boards or slides in deep water
those are the gold mine spots in deeper waters
i wish i could get out more with my hookah(s)
I have a SNUBA set up too
looking to get a Blue Nemo next

if you go to my Flikr page posted above you will find an article on research too
try and find old pics of lakes ponds in your area
also ask some local old timers
almost every body of swimming waters had a raft or platforms
they started getting rid of them when there were too many drownings

I rode by Bantam lake with my ole lady on my tri glide yesterday and was curious about a beach head there...Thats a great lead!!!!
