Hello Tnet, I hit an easement in Tacoma, Wa where there was old sidewalks I'm Guessing from the 40s and found this item, I know its nothing Fabulous, just wondering what the blank it is, I'm Guessing a letter from a fender?? Or hood, thanks and keep having a good life... its short
