From what I can make out, the crown emblem on yours, matches the Coty logo. Here's a better image if it.
Look over the logo on yours and see what you think. Maybe not lipstick, but the doubled ribbed case makes me think so.

Wow, That is the logo. This is stamped in on one end of the tube, very old, never would have thought. Amazing thank you

most definitely a lip stick case and... Im kind of glad you didn't know what it was. Definitely older than the example vhs07 posted but it is what he says it is.
