because i live so close to the beaches I have all but neglected the thought of investigating my own land. We have 5 acres near an old village - history here is mostly farming - it was great to dig these - only hunted 15 mins before dark just to get a quick fix (think I'm getting sicker) - I'll fire up the uMax a bit more - love to find a coin here at home. Any ideas on these - use of the hoe, buckle? metal implement?

We all 'need a fix' every once in a while. ::)
The hoe head was used for hoeing weeds, the buckle looks like something from a harness, metal implement. :dontknow:

Fossis..................

;D Have to agree with the other TN person that we all need a fix sometime. I can't wait to get out and detect. I am catching the bug or already have it, (Metal-Detecting Bug that is). Fun, fun, fun. :hello2:
