I'm surprised there isn't a Name of a Bank after it.
It reads like an Ad.

Banking "privileges" LOL once they have your Money,
your at their Mercy when it comes time to get it back out

Yeah, and back then there was no federal guarantee. If the bank got robbed, that was YOUR money gone.
