I have this silver braclet , no markings and silver studs made to look like diamonds , looks like a shoe buckle

how old and would I be able to get it fixed ?

Yea thats what it is and they also made brooches to look like buckles. Since I have buckle brooches in my 1909 Sears Roebuck Catalog, my guess would be its about that old. Nice find.
