Anyone have any good sites that you can find past history on land that you are going to be hunting? I use historic map works and haven't bought the real version just using he sample. Wondering what you guys are using. Thank you

Suggestion: As a first step, you might ask at your local library's reference desk for the name of your county's Historian.
He/she should be able to give you some leads towards the info you seek.

You might also try your local Historical Society.
The same librarian could help you find info on that source.
