Hi all,

It's been a while since my last post, some of you may remember my series of photographs "Now and Then"
after three years the book is at the printers and should be delivered about the first of December.

For those of you not familiar with the name, Rescue is an area located between the cities of Folsom and Placerville California and was the site of extensive mining operations during the CA gold rush.

The book is 384 pages, with over 800 pictures, maps and other
graphics. The book will be printed in full color and be priced at $75.

We have launched a pre-publication sale discounting the price by 30

available: the Deer Valley Road tour and the Zentgraf Family story.

as I have often said ... the names of places and roads and such often mean things ... places are often called what there called for a reason normally -- the old history of a area or old settlers that lived there or events that occured there often are linked to the "names" :wink: :icon_thumright:
