Highbanking in Laos - G'day - help with making up a pump locally in Laos

G'day, I am about to use a 4" hydroforce suction dredge to feed my highbanker. However, it's impossible at my budget to import in a 4" pump from Keene's in USA due to freight and >140% tax. So I want to make one up. Trouble is pump selection. I really appreciate any advice you can give. I need to source everything locally.
This is a link to a pump I found in Vientiane: CENTRIFUGAL PUMP-??????????YANCHENG SLONG MACHINERY & ELECTRIC CO.,LTD
Pump Specs
Model IQ80-200
Gallons per minute: 475.5
m3/hr: 108.0
Power Kw: 7.6
Power hp: 10.2
Head: 46m
Suction: 8.8m
Rev: 2200

I was going to power the pump with a honda 13hp gasoline or equivalent. I have been out of work for more than a year and the mining industry has dried up. I will try my hand at amateur mining for a while, at least until the economy picks up and jobs become available again. I have a prospect all sorted out, 5g/t pay-dirt. I really need to get the pump right and not burn money. I've attached some photos of my prospect and the pump I am considering.
Many thanks to advice.

IMHO, a 10.2 or 13HP engine is way too much engine and power unless you are going to run it at or just over idle! Of course, I guess it depends on the pump you build or purchase as well. I have a Honda 5HP engine and trash pump that I use with my' Keene Highbanker/Dredge Combo with a 3 inch Dredge Hose and 2 1/2 inch Nozzle and if I power it up much above idle, it will blow the material out of the hopper. I believe that the same engine and correct Trash Pump should work fine on a 4 inch Highbanker/Dredge but wait until you get some more knowledgeable opinions before making a decision.
