Hibernia Penny?

Found this today in the same area I pulled a KG I. Same size and thinness as a British penny. Can make out a crown on the reverse, bust is clear but doesn't match up with any copper Hibernias I've seen online. Couldn't get a clear date but think I can see an "8" at the bottom of the reverse side. Don't see a lot of British pennies here in Michigan where I hunt but the ground is 1830s. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
