Hello, I'm Tara from Michigan! I love this forum and have been hooked on it since I found it.
I have a question. I have an old 1932 Quarter and know that some mints are worth more than others. Where on the folder would the letter be? I've even seen some on ebay that are the D mint going for a lot of money but even on the clear pictures I don't see the D? I am I missing it?
The one that I have was found by my husband actually in just a roll of quarters (I have yet to find my own silver in the ground? :(? )?
I was looking on ebay and mine is about the same condition as this one:

Can you guys help?? Where do I look for it? Is there a way to tell what mint it is if the letter is worn off?

Thanks!!
Tara

Tara if it has a Mint Mark it would be under the Eagle on the Back.

If it has a D its the Denver Mint. If an S the San francisco mint & no Mint Mark its Philadelphia.

the one on Ebay is very easy to see the D just look directly at the bottom of the reverse

I HOPE THIS HELPS

Well, no mark. Hm, Guess that means it's Philadelphia then.... So not very rare but still cool!
Thanks for your help!
