Hi .. I'm New Here and I Need Help making 10 meters depth GPR

Hi everyone , I Need Your help as the topic shows " for making a gpr that detects water in depth of 10 meters " i don't know much about GPR , I'm on my last year In Engineering and this is my graduation project ... Yesterday 23-3-2016 , there was a commite in my college and they admit we can't make one , i need to make it and prove they are wrong ... Help
