Hello from the Great White North, Victoria, BC.

I recently pulled out my old Fisher 1220-X metal detector after it sat on the shelf for a LONG time!

I have been out once, but it was pretty frustrating with the headphones cutting in and out, but I found a ratty-looking penny and a 1964 US dime.

The problem was with the jack on my headphones, but I re-soldered it and that fixed it.

I have since added a Garrett Pin-Pointer to my arsenal and I'm looking forward to using it the next time out.
