I'm from the Florida Panhandle but posting from Layton, UT. I'm up here for work and plan on having some fun with a little prospecting. I'm not a total newbie - prospected north of Fairbanks, Alaska for several years when I was in the military. But, I am rusty having been in Florida for over 20 years now. I remember some stuff, and have probably forgotten all kinds of things I used to know so it's highly likely I will ask some pretty dumb questions now and again Bear with me on that.

To the mods/webmasters of the site/forums - Awesome job folks! I am a webmaster for several sites (Bass Fishing and Racing) so I know what it takes to do it, and do it right. Ya'll have it going on! Great job.
