Hey guys new to the site need some help with war medals

My cousin recently came across these 2 medals and they have her stumped she works with a company that returns medals and letters and such to fallen servicemen and womans familys and these 2 are becoming hard to decipher thanks for any help

unforutunelty there was no letter I believe she has a name but nothing as far as rank or country I appreciate the help guys
