One of the signatures is Steven Spielberg. If you go to imdb.com and look at the cast and crew of spiderman, you can match all the names with someone in the production section.

But was the signatures part of the press printed packaging on all of copies of these sold? A comic shop might be able to tell you.

Looks like a gift given to someone that could've been a spiderman fan and someone that likes fishing (maybe a gift to someone from co-workers for example). I think anyone getting autographs from any artist and/ or anything to do with the spiderman character would have them sign the actual product, not black cardboard around it. Stephen Spielberg had nothing to do with any of the spiderman movies; I find that odd. I would take it too a comic book shop. I did a Google search and Stephen Spielberg's (director) signature looks nothing like that. Maybe another Spielberg out there?
