I found all of these in various creeks in Missouri, so here, for your viewing enjoyment...
Found this one in a creek in Columbia Missouri...
This one makes all the girl detectors go wild...iron ore maybe?
Heard an old wives tale from an old wife that this is a mineral called oaker. She told me that Native Americans ground it up on a stone, mixed it with bear fat and put it on themselves to protect their skin...anyway...
Saw just the top of this one sticking out of a creek in northern Mo...
This is one of my favs. I found a spherical rock in the mud and decided I would break it open...here's what I found!
