Here's one for you.... nice for sure.
It's funny... follow me for a minute.
Last week we shut down the dredges so I could run our new product being released, the Raptor Highbanker, and shoot some video.
I made it a point to talk about the average prospector that digs in the UPPER layers of deposits, such as river gravels, and inside bends.
I wanted to show why most find fine gold in these layers and deposit zones vs. VERY deep and old deposits below hardpack and on bedrock.
Just like we thought we found a ton of fine gold, nothing bigger than one piece of 20 mesh.
So, shut down and this week return to the dredges.
On some hard to work ground. Lots of over burden, sands, etc, but still has nice hardpack and decent looking
bedrock which looks to be fairly undisturbed and never dredged.
Well... this guy showed up today.
After shut down it was sitting in the mats.
Have to say... I've see a lot of gold come out of GA over the past many years.
This is probably the largest piece I've seen in about 10.
Not the heaviest... but the biggest one.
Here's the pic from today.
That video is up on the website on the Raptor page.
Cool stuff.
