Made from a large flake and worked mostly on one side, this Projectile Point May best fit as an A-typical Polar Island or variant.
The base is quite tapered (though the shoulders are odd), and one side having the bulb of percussion.
More interesting is the material, which I believe is a dead-lock on an example of Onondaga Chert of the western variety (NY) in the Lithics section of A New England Typology of Native American Projectile Points (Jeff Boudreau).
Notice the point lying on top of the large artifact pictured above.
