Reflective logo?



I see that a lot on "US Army" pictures.. The IR reflectors reflect the flash...

Did you take any other pictures of the same guy?

The anamolies are bits of that reflective stuff that joggers use whilst jogging at night in order to make it easier for vehicular traffic to spot them and thus allow themselves to be run over more easily, mostly for slowing down traffic.

Anyway, that's what the reflections are, my friend. The flash just happened to catch the reflective material at just the right angle and, well you are seeing the outcome.
