I think only the only available model at this time is the VX9. You can call 1-800-234-6151 USA and Canada or 1-972-494-6151 for an update.

Too many problems with it at this time. They're going to have to fix a lot of issues before I spend my money on one. I like the Layout though.

It's also a shame they didn't make it with Bluetooth so you could at least buy or include a cheap pair of headphones to be competitive with other machines. Do want to spend $170 more on a machine that is already $599?

The issues are being addressed as we speak. I am hopeful for a fine machine after the issues have been addressed. Having bugs at release date has been common amongst many other manufacturers of metal detectors. As people speak up, the issues get addressed and that's how great machines are made.

The vortex was launched with too many issues.

It’s clear that after the apex debacle that Garrett does not understand how to design an SMF machine.

Garret saw Nokta and Minelab releasing very capable SMF detectors in the $499 to $599 price range and rushed a product to market that is not even suitable for beta testing,

Incorrect target identification, vdi #’s not displaying, and turning itself back on if left in beach mode when powering down are just a few.

While Garrett was once a player in the sport detecting market, they are now years behind.
