Henri IV

I need some help. Sorry I don't have a pic. yet. My father in law found a medal that has a raised face of Henri the IV on both sides. It looks like it could be a medal. There is a piece broken off at the top. Maybe a chain was on it. Its about the size of a Quarter. the front and back are the same. The writing on it has Henri IV on both sides. It looks like He is holding a staff maybe a stick. it looks to be gold color. It was found in the york town area. I will have pics with in a few days. Any Info. will help. Thanks

Henri iV with an "i" was king of France in the early 1600's and converted to Catholicism. Might be some kind of a religious medal celebrating that occurance on some anniversary of the event?
