Age_old said:It is the code for an emoticon. If you are using your computer it unusually shows up as two smiley faces toasting a drink. When you are writing a post, there is a little icon with a smiley face that lets you add different emoticons to your post. That stuff does not usually work though if you are using an iPad or phone.

GatorBoy said:I can't tell with a photo. Take a magnifieing glass and look at the bit or anywhere else you can find good grind marks. Look for the patina to be consistant.
