My neighbor came by yesterday afternoon asking for my help. He had be playing some basketball with his son and had his wedding band fly off his finger. He said he dunked the ball and heard the ring bounce on the concrete a few times into the grass. My neighbor is 6'7 so no haters on the dunking
I jumped at the opportunty to help. I hadn't been out in at least a month and of course to help a friend. I don't bring up that I detect in conversation too often, but it had come up a while ago, so he hoped I could help. He hadn't told his wife yet that he'd lost it.
It only took a few minutes but I was able to successfully locate the ring. He was so pumped, his mood changed instantly and gave me a huge hug. Here's a pic of the moment, I'm the short stack on the right.
