Usually when you see that bar at the top, it indicates a watch fob. I think it is a wolf also.

That one looks in good condition. They are collectable.

Thanks for the quick ID, I’ve looked online and agree 100% that it’s watch fob.

I would also say it's a watch fob...
But I would say it's a LION..

The bridge of the nose is an even slope similar to a Lion.
