Alte und neue Reichsbahnkameraden schaffen gemeinsam für den Sieg!

Translates losely along the lines of:

Old and young state Railway colleagues working together for the Victory!

That's cool! Too bad it is such poor condition...

ffuries nailed it with the translation.

I didn't find a match but it is typical of the wartime propaganda posters from the Knot-zees. Is it stamped 5/26/43? That's what I'm seeing.

Yes I think you are correct on the stamp

Trying to ID the wings and swastika image. Can't find a match for that, although similar to the N.S.K.K. stylized eagle wings, the lack of the eagles body and the swastika being above it and not below it, is driving me crazy.

Some information is coming in slowly. Even a PM from someone interested in possibly purchasing, the complete PM has been forwarded to the OP. The same person also put this tidbit of information in his PM, which I have copied here.

"This poster looks like the style of Ludwig Hohlwein, although I do not see any traces of his artist signature."

This person who contacted me, is a collector of WWII German propaganda posters, and appears to be quite knowledgable.
