October's only noteworthy find for me. Picked up on a freshly-cleared hilltop while hunting a 19th century house site. I'm sure this point is much older than that.

Man, I didn't even realize there was a whole Indian Artifacts forum. This site is so huge! Sorry. :P

WHAT YOU HAVE IS CALLED A BIRD POINT, I BET IF YOU GO BACK YOU CAN FIND MORE.INDIANS OR ANCIENT PEOPLE USUALY STORED POINTS IN CACHES. MOST OF THE TIME THE TIP OF THE POINT WILL BE BROKEN OFF FROM EITHER MISSING THE INTENDED TARGET OR STRIKING A BONE. AGE CAN BE ANYWHERE FROM 800A.D. ON UP TO 200 YEARS AGO . BOWS WERENT USED HERE UNTIL ABOUT THAT TIME. ANY EARLIER AND THE POINT WOULD HAVE BEEN LARGER , FOR USE AS A KNIFE OR SPEAR POINT. CHECK OUT SOME OF THE POINTS AT THIS SITE.I WILL GIVE YOU THE LINK. WHAT YOU HAVE IS A TRUE ARROWHEAD.
