Hello; I'm sorry to post this picture in this place (since this object is not MD related). However I would appreciate a positive identification of this machine tool. IT does not have a brand name, model or anything that could give a hint. It looks like its use is on a thin material (plastic or maybe aluminum, or formica?) because the "head" has a gap of less of 1/4 inch (here is where the tool rotates at high speed....but I don't know what it does to the material...) Thanks!
