Try GOOGLE and insert the inscription on the coin. Put that in quotation marks " " and you will find some info. I did it and it came back associated with Switzerland. Add the word coin and you get listings more related to currency and coins. It seems from a list that I found that the 10 on the back refers to 10 centimes.

I did this google search (which I had already done before posting) and found what I already knew, that it was Swiss. And I'm assuming its a dime. Just thought someone might know a little more about it.. Like I said before, I'm new to this and know nothing about coins except that I usually spend them.. ::) Thanks for the help.

It's a 10 rappen piece; 100 rappen (or centimes) = 1 Swiss franc. (Currently, 1 Swiss franc = approx. 83 cents U.S.) The metal is a copper-nickel alloy, and it was struck at the mint in Bern, Switzerland. 1962 is one of the more common dates for this coin; the total mintage of 10 rappen pieces that year was a little less than 35 million. Your coin has a current collector value of about 15-25 cents in Very Fine to Extremely Fine condition.
