Hey BB, I think it looks like the Grease Cap off of a trailer wheel, you know, the piece thats tapped into the wheel hub covering the bearings and grease....??/

I saw that too... so I decided to check it out and got this - not too impressive...

Yeah I think PBK probably has it correct. It makes sense. when I first looked at it I told BB that it looked like something had been moving against the inside of the object with tension on it, hence the markings.

He told me I was crazy.
