Found this little medallion in the middle of an old two track road today. It is very thin and non-magnetic. The area is where wood was cut in the 1800's in order to make "Coke" for the Mills around the area.

On this side it says N. D. DU SACRE CEUR PRIEZ POUR NOUS (The E in CEUR actually looks like a combination of a C and an E.

And on this side it says CEUR SACRE DE JESUS AVEZ PITIE DE NOUS ( same thing with the word CEUR)

Any info would be appreciated !

Thanks for the Translation. It's looking like this item is some kind of Miraculous Mary medal. Haven't been able to match it exactly, though.
