Happy Monday-
I dug this on Saturday hunting a new farmland permission I was granted. Research shows it was made in Newark NJ but I'm having a difficult time narrowing down the era. The etched detail on the lock makes me curious about the age. I'm thinking 1920's but I know there are people here with a better understanding. Any ideas?? By the way I only covered about 1/100th of the area I am able to hunt, so if anyone is local enough to the northern Northampton County area of Pennsylvania I'm not going to keep this one all to myself. The town proper is Flicksville PA and this land has pretty much always been farm fields and still is to this day. If you're interested DM me your email address and I'll send Google Earth screenshots.
