help with silver coin

Can anyone help with this coin its defo silver and I reckon its Portuguese but after many hours of research I never did see one the same
I forgot to scale it with something but its tiny.

Very good spot on thanks mate defo on right track now.
have checked loads online now and all are very simular but cannot find one exact to mine with the M above the L like that.
