PLEASE HELP ID THIS OLD SILVER CHINESE COIN

china silver 014.JPGchina silver 015.JPG my question is ---what is this silver chinese coin ,i cant read chinese and i cant find anything on it----this chinese silver came from the collection i just purchased, this man did not have any fakes in his collection. the obverse looks like a chinese junk dollar circa 1934, but no boat on reverse. i believe its sun yat sen on obverse, size of a u.s. half dollar, weight is 9.4 grams. i read that there is some rare ones made in the 1920s---any help on the writting on obverse and reverse would be awesome, and if this is a rare chinese coin--this coin has never been cleaned so it looks a little dull in the pics----thanks tom
