Help With Old Button

I found this old looking button. Does anybody know how old it is or what kind? Any info is helpfull

It's hard to see the back, but it looks like a post 1900 blazer button. Neat find, Breezie

Yes its definitely a civilian blazer button. I found a few myself. It may say SPECTEMUR AGENDO on the bottom in Latin. Its most likely between 1900-1960.
