✅ SOLVED help with marks

Picked this up at an estate sale today and can't find this mint mark anywhere. Has KS with another symbol behind it that looks like a C with a dot in it. and 931
I think it is sterling silver but don't know a lot about it. Weighs 6.7ozt. Sorry for the picture but I have tried everything to get a better one. the mark is a man facing to the right.
Any help appreciated.

Icewing, that is it for sure but my piece does not show electroplate so is this plate or 931 sterling? I'm new at this sterling stuff.

This one says silver plate.
I think the 931 is the design number
