Help with listing international ship.

Been years since I sold international, wanted to try it out again. I am trying to add Canada to one of my listings. I add the shipping charge and input info but when I go to ebay canada the item shows up as free shipping just like I have it for the US. Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?

You are probably automatically enrolled in the Global Shipping Program. You have to opt out.
Using the Global Shipping Program

To opt out of the Global Shipping Program:
Go to My eBay > Account > Site Preferences. You may need to sign in.
Click the Show link to the right of the Shipping Preferences section.
Click the Edit link to the right of Offer the Global Shipping Program.
Click on the Opt Out button.
Review the information. If you still wish to opt out, click the Continue to opt out button.
