Help with identification of this rock please!

Can someone help me with identifying this rock?
It reminds me of hemitite but the inside of the pocket is a smooth yellow surface, maybe like a yellow jasper?
This is from a beach on the Grand River in northwest Missouri.
It's approx 1.5" x 1" and it's .5" tall.

It looks to me like a ferruginous concretion, which are found in your area, or ironstone.

Thank you, this one's not magnetic so I'm guessing it's not iron stone.
I would've never thought concretions would contain pockets LOL!
