Help with ID on a couple WW2 era patches

I spent a good long time IDing the patches that came along with the German equipment I got the other day, but there's a few I just haven't been able to track down yet, and my eyes are hurting from staring at the screen. If anyone recognizes these two I'd really appreciate the help...

Second one looks like a civil air patrol patch but I'm not sure.

the one with the propeller is Civil Air Patrol, but I'm not sure when it dates to. I'll see what I can come up with for the star. I don't think it's Captain America's patch
