Until a member(s) pipes in - I searched Google and found...

In the context of jewelry markings, "585" typically refers to the purity of the metal used in the piece. Specifically, 585 is a common marking used to indicate that the item is made of 14 karat gold.

It also appears that the "2.4G" might be the gold weight? The name below might be the company marketing the chain?

Not sure - but sure someone will jump in to confirm or provide another meaning.
