The crown and lion would suggest Sheffield Sterling - the M (if it is an "M") would date it to 1954; however the lion looks to be rampart rather than passant, which suggests Glasgow - but then, there would be no crown in the mark if it were Scottish sterling. :dontknow:

Probably American made - Art Deco - Watson Silver Co - The Watson Company was based in Attleboro, MA. They were in production from 1880-1955.

Hi all thanks for everyone's help. The hallmarks do not match the Watson Company. The first is a crown, the second is a form of an M and the third is of a rampant lion, not a passant lion like the Watson company used. I believe it is American made. Again thanks for all the help.
