Help with Eagle Button

I know not much is visible in pix.
I can describe it fairly well.
20mm, 1 piece convex,
Eagle faces to his right. wings & head seem to be held high.
3 arrows in his left talon.
leaf cluster in his right.
no backmark.
to avoid any confusion, all directions reversed as You are looking at button.
