help with detectors

has anyone usedthe vibra-tector 730 or vibra- probe 570. my friend lost a ring as he was asking his girl to marry him he dropped it on the rock and in the water it went, also wanted to know how it would do if swimming in river while rafting can u detect with them. thankyou in advance for your help.

I can not recommend either of these detectors. You are much better off buying from a major manufacturer like Whites, Garrett, Minelab or Tesoro and skip the rest. Around any water you need a fully waterproof detector or it is curtains if it gets wet.

Think those are pinpointers Sandman...
Might be hard to find the item in the water
unless you knew exactly where it was dropped
