Does anyone have an ideal of the date of this Avon makeup tin. Found this in my own backyard last fall. I know Avon products are highly desired collectibles, but I haven't been able to date this item. Here is what my research has turned up so far:
? ? ?Avon was founded in California in the 1880's and was first know as the California Perfume Company. In 1936 the company moved it's headquarters to New York City. In 1939 they began using the Avon name on their products. I've search an Avon collectible book and found nothing. Any help would be great appreciated.
