Help with crotal bell and small buckle ages!

I honestly don't even know where I found these. Was looking through some misc finds this weekend and found these. What age do you think the crotal bell is? It's somewhat small. Also the buckle, possible age, and what would it even be used for? Thanks for any help you can provide!

it is very nice sleigh bell, and belt buckle .

Buckle is boot strap buckle, these types were used to secure spurs to the boot and can date to the 1600-1700's.
