Help with chairs.....

Hi all,

Would appreciate some expert advice on chairs.

I have 4 of these and they came with the property I'm in. All I can tell you is they're identical, have no identifying marks or stamps (that I can see) and both the seat and back parts seem to be made from thick hard leather.

Would be interested to know a little more about them.

Look like Spanish revival oak to me, putting them around 1915-1930.

I agree. I have a Spanish Colonial chair circa 1650-1720 that it resembles somewhat but the oak wood places it much more recent. Mine was given to me along with 3 Empire {1820-1840} by a guy who brought them to the landfill when I worked there. Really nice set of chairs though and still worth a few bucks.
