Help with Artillery Shell

Can someone let me know what the markings on this shell means. I was reading another post on here and saw a link post by Secretcanyon about headstamp markings, but none of mine seem to be listed. Thanks

The headstamp guys are all about shotgun and small arms markings, not cannon shells. I think the W.N.Y. is for the Watervliet, N.Y. arsenal, the anchor is for the navy, 4-1903 is the manufacture date, and 6-Pdr is the size, or six pounder. The others are inspector marks, although I could be mistaken.

The W.N.Y is actually Washington Naval Yard. Gunsil got all the rest right though.
